As Executive Director of Human Resources, Barrie Brian is responsible for all human resource functions, including recruiting talent, career management, compensation and benefits, and the people systems infrastructure at IMN. Barrie has more than 20 years of progressive HR experience, from working at a small software start-up where she helped grow to the team to more than 200 employees, to larger companies including Iron Mountain, where she was a HR Manager/Business Partner focused on both IT and Iron Mountain's emerging Document Management Solutions business. Most recently, Barrie was the Human Resources Director at the Greater Boston Food Bank.
Barrie received her B.A. in HR Administration from UMASS Amherst.
