Eric Shealy is Vice President, Vertical Solutions Group at IMN. Eric has a strong background in investment banking, corporate and business development. With more than 23 years of experience, Eric has completed more than 30 M&A and capital raising transactions.
Prior to joining IMN, Eric spent 10 years as an investment banker, most recently as Managing Director and head of the Boston office for Innovation Advisors where he sourced and led transactions in the emarketing, online media and unified communications sectors. He was previously Managing Director at Covington Associates, where he led their technology practice and founder at NewBridge Associates, an M&A advisory firm. Eric's operating experience includes Director of Business Development for ON Technology, Director of Corporate Development for Amnet, Inc. and general management roles at Everex Systems. Eric also spent 5 years at Summit Partners.
Eric received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Boston College.
