Laurie Long has more than 20 years of experience in high tech client services – with leadership roles focused on building and scaling services teams that support ongoing customer success. Laurie was most recently with Axeda Corporation where she served as Vice President of Professional Services. While at Axeda she was responsible for growing the services team to support global customer implementations, upgrades and training, as well as partner on-boarding and services expansion.
Prior to joining Axeda, Laurie served as Vice President of Customer Success at Unica Corporation. In this position she established a global customer success function that helped build successful and profitable customer relationships that supported Unica's growth and position as the market leader in EMM.
Laurie has held additional professional services leadership positions with MarketSoft Corporation, Onyx Software and Webhire.
