In 2002 the Mr. Ed department put together the "Mr. Ed Cookbook". Many of our staff members enjoy cooking for their families, so we decided to put some of our favorite recipes together into an official collection. This recipe for Chicken Divan was submitted by one of our Office Managers, and is quick and easy to make (not to mention, absolutely delicious).
